My deepest condolences to Paul’s family and all those that worked closely with him over the years.
In my experience Paul was a lovely man, gentle, experienced and a quiet wicked sense of humour that always caught me off guard as could be quite edgy which is a trait I relate to. Whenever I asked for help or his advice Paul would always come back and respond, offering his thoughts or support. He contained within him years of experience that others sought out and a special part of Paul that I thought marked him out as a person not just a work colleague was how others spoke of him, he meant more to them than just a colleague. To me that is a great trait especially for someone who also worked across services and not in one place as it can be a nomadic any of working, to be seen as a colleague and someone who can offer help and support generously.
Paul you will me missed, you mattered and are within the DNA of Elysium and it’s values, It was a an honour to work with you and share som unrepeatable jokes too. RIP.
