Papa, Rear Admiral Olufemi Olumide, you were such an amazing role model, an achiever, a God fearing man who impacted so many lives through your kindness and love.
Your ability to mingle with both the young and old socially was laudable and second to none. You were such a jolly good fellow and very young at heart.
You fondly called me " Mrs. O". I remember vividly at one of my catering events at your place you said and I quote "I have never had any regrets since Chief. Sesan Okutoro introduced you to me". I am indeed grateful for your constant referrals.
On the 31st of July 2020, I dropped by with your fruit cake but I decided to drop it off with your gateman informing him that I will be back to see you later in the week, unfortunately, you departed this sinful world on Thursday.
Your fatherly role will solely be missed but we thank God you lived an impactful and purposeful life. I pray God grants Mummy, your children, grandchildren and family the fortitude to bear this irreplaceable loss.
I still find it hard to believe you are gone. Rest in Peace Sir!!! Goodnight Papa!!!
