Solanke

Fondly known as Dr So, Dr Solanke, Yinka, Mummy Doctor, and Mummy Poland, she was a devoted Catholic whose life was rooted in faith, service, and love. She had a deep love for God, a special devotion to the Saints—especially Saint Padre Pio—and was unwavering in her commitment to the Church and her community.
She was an extraordinary mother to her two children, Tomi and Toyin, and a loving grandmother to her three grandchildren—Iremide, Tobi, and Rere. She was also a mother in every sense to her son-in-law, daughter-in-law, nieces, and nephews—always present, always caring, and always supportive.
Family meant everything to her. She embodied the very meaning of family—keeping everyone close, connected, and reminded of the love that bound them together. She made sure no one ever felt alone.
Dr. Solanke lived a life of generosity and compassion. She gave freely of her time and resources to help those in need, treating everyone like family. She was a strong community advocate, always willing to serve and support others.
Her legacy of faith, love, and togetherness will continue to live on in the hearts of those she touched. She will be truly missed.
