Oladimeji Olapoju attended FGC Ogbomosho and graduated from the Department of Civil engineering, University of Lagos, Akoka. He married and their union is blessed with 2 lovely boys. (Dim Dim), as he is popularly called is an impeccable, multi-talented, ethical and deeply spiritual person, a combination rare in an individual in this age and time. Up until his demise, Dimeji was a field technical consultant with Hewlett Packard Enterprise operated by Selectium and he has been on the field for over 10 years during which period he was able to distinguish himself by his mastery of all HPE products with a special interest in the storage portfolio. Dimeji remained until his death one of the high performing individual in the organization, always ready to provide his expertise whenever needed and constantly going the extra mile. You were a gift to the organisation and we all miss you. Working with Dimeji over the years is a rare privilege. He was so relentless yet with this humbling calm demeanor in the face of numerous challenges that we had to deal with in the course of our job and he never fails to add his jokes to lighten the atmosphere. Dimeji has a unique way of connecting with each individual at their level irrespective of exposure and status. It’s unfortunate that it all had to end this soon; we all prayed, fasted and hoped that this one struggle will just go away and we would have our amiable Dimeji back but this was not to be. We all love you but we rest in the full assurance that you are in a much better place.
