I work in Trafford as a Parkinson's Nurse and have met Odette on a number of occasions, When she first came into post she spent some time in my clinic, she struck me as an extremely professional, caring, commited nurse who was going to make a wonderful Parkinson's Nurse as I am sure her patients would agree.
I was devastated to hear she was unwell and then lost her battle to survive as it was not long ago we had caught up on a teams meeting and again she was trying to look at ways to improve her service for newly diagnosed patients, putting pathways in place-we have lost an amazing nurse, a wonderful person and she will remain in my thoughts. Sleep well, lovely lady.
