In Loving Memory of Kotovsky Kotovsky was a bright, courageous soul who embraced her true self as a transgender woman, despite the many challenges she faced. Her journey was one of authenticity and bravery, navigating a world that too often met her identity with cruelty instead of compassion. Transphobia, both systemic and personal, weighed heavily on her spirit, and in the end, that relentless burden became too much to bear. Her passing is a heartbreaking reminder of the urgent need for love, understanding, and justice for all trans people. Kotovsky’s memory lives on in the hearts of those who saw her for who she truly was—beautiful, strong, and worthy of unconditional support.
