It’s very difficult to put into words how shocked and devastated I am about this. I admired and respected Neil so much, he really was the heart of payroll and the glue that held our department together. Neil was the manager that everyone hopes to have, so supportive and driven and so personable, it would be rare to have a conversation without Neil asking how I was or what I had been up to recently. Even through the difficult and busy periods, Neil would have a great sense of humour and would always make time to talk. I feel proud to have known him and I will never forget all the things he taught me and all the laughs we had together. My thoughts are with his lovely wife Ashley, the rest of his family and his friends.
