Mike started as my manager in Barrow on the Successor programme in 2014 and most definitely became my friend. A man with huge energy, sense of urgency and drive and naturally personable. As many will say what shocking, saddening and tragic news this was to hear about Mike. I truly will miss and always remember Mike he has left lasting memories with me as I am sure he has with so many others. My condolences to his family.
