Maria was such a beautiful, loyal & dedicated daughter, sister, sister-in-law, godmother, aunt, friend & work colleague. A kind and gentle soul who personified loving, caring & sharing. She had a huge heart full of love and fun that she shared so freely with her family, friends and colleagues. She loved her family so deeply and spoke so lovingly of all her friends in life. We will never forget her great sense of fun and adventure and her fabulous zest for life. Maria’s holidays were such a joy to hear about and the enthusiasm for the next trip which was always on the horizon. Maria was a born planner and organiser and these skills excelled when it came to her next holiday. Blessed are those who heard her amazing singing voice which she shared with her treasured friends on happy social nights out together. Maria had a love of shopping and let’s not forget how beautifully she wore the colours of teal and purple. A great lady behind the camera she captured the many nights out over the years and so many of us have such treasured photo collages from her. She had an infectious laugh and great sense of humour that she loved to share with her treasured colleagues and friends. Work was important to her, but she had her priorities right – family, relationships and friendships always came first, seizing the day and making the most of every opportunity that came her way professionally and personally. She always stepped up and took on new projects believing that change could be positive and was always looking for better ways of working and improving. Maria was so respectful to all her work colleagues and clients. She had a high work standard that we all aspired to, and she certainly led by example. Maria was a true lady, a gentle kind dedicated professional always supportive to her clients and colleague’s. She was a fountain of knowledge and wisdom, which she shared with enormous generosity of spirit. She enriched so many people’s lives and was happy to share her knowledge and love all day long. Her enthusiasm for life was infectious. When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure. May she rest in peace.
