I am extremely saddened to hear of Malcolm's passing. We worked together covering the north of Scotland for a long while when I was in Member Services. During visits to members it was clear they all loved Malcolm for his kind, good humoured and helpful way. He was always asked after and also his great knowledge was much appreciated and sought after by members. Training courses with Malcolm were always enjoyable the members often told me, with his relaxed and informative style not to mention the jokes!
We shared drinks and dinners in various hotels and he was always the best of company, a raconteur unmatched.
My sincere condolences to his family and to his work family at SELECT. He will not be forgotten. A true legend in the industry.
