It is with huge sadness that I write this after having just learned about the passing of Malcolm. ‘Mr Duncan’ was a regular and popular guest at the Craighaar Hotel in Aberdeen where he delivered his Select courses. A true gentleman in every sense of the word and much loved by all the staff. On behalf of myself, our management team and everyone who knew him here, I pass on our most sincerest condolences to his family, friends and colleagues.
