Everyone told me that if i wanted to learn about cocoa and chocolate....he was the one guy I should speak to before all others. They were right, and I probably learned more in my 3 or 4 hours with Luc that day than I did ina year at BC. He was a model employee, a gentleman, a character and an icon in our company.
