Remembering the 'Cup Giving' days. Miss Faulkner and Miss Percy together.
Miss Faulkner was an inspiration to so many of us who attended Bush Davies in Romford and then at Faulkner Hembrey with Miss Jill. I have so many wonderful memories of the classes even those when it went wrong - and you knew when you were wrong - for sure! I had so many opportunities while training with her, ones I fondly look back on and appreciate everything she did to get me to where I am today.
In 1992 Miss Faulkner examined me at my school for my RAD teaching certificate, we had a laugh at how my teaching was a reflection on her. Even now I refer back to my classes with Miss F when teaching my pupils. She will live on in all of us. A great lady, inspirational teacher and loved by us all.
