Having had the honour to know this gentleman as a student while at Cipriani then as a Conciliator at the MOL I am saddened by his passing however he has seamlessly earned the respect on the Industrial relations landscape of the being reverred as the epitome of fairness and objectivity as an Industrial Relations judge .
