I was so shocked to hear the sad news about Kevin. He was great to work with and had such knowledge about EU funds and procurement in particular. We didn't always agree on everything but I always knew his views were well considered and thought through. He always had a smile on his face, a kind word to say and a cheeky sense of humour. He will be much missed by colleagues and friends across ERDF. My thoughts go to his family at this very sad time.
