Very sad news. I have fond memories of working with Kate every year at the panto, dealing with the front and back stage drama with her wicked sense humour. Kate used to organise our cast and crew Tshirt and she comes to mind every Christmas when I pull an old one on. I remember Kate too as a fierce champion of the underdog in work, whether her colleagues or the consumers that she was helping. My sympathies to her family and friends.
