What a lovely photo of Kate on the front cover of this book. Although I didn't know her that well as we didn't work together directly, I first met her when we were liaising ahead of the move over to us of OFT colleagues. Since then, whenever I saw her in the office, she was always ready to greet you with a warm smile and a friendly 'hello'.
I offer my condolences to her family and friends - I hope you can take at least a little comfort from the lovely messages here.
