Seeing Kate's photo above, I find it hard to believe I won't see her on Teams again, dialling in from the Stratford office with a big smile on her face. The news of her death was shocking and I can only imagine how her family feel. I hope everyone takes solace in the fact our lives were made better by working with Kate.
