I've only been at Stripe a number of months but I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan in that short space of time. He struck me as being an extremely kind, warm, genuine and humble person who had a passion for their job that was infectious. He listened, spoke with empathy and it was clear that he was just an all round great person. People across the company always spoke glowingly about Jonathan - as Abby has said he was a true pillar within the company. It was incredibly sad to hear the news and I'd like to pass on my heartfelt condolences to Jonathan's family and friends during this difficult time.
