Jonathan was a pillar in the Ops community. He had the unique job of getting to welcome and train all new ops specialists during their first weeks at Stripe and he was amazing at it. When someone is new, the first few people they meet have a way of sticking with them and Jonathan's welcoming, kind and encouraging way made others feel like they belonged. I was shocked and devastated when I heard the news and I can only imagine what his family are feeling at this time. My heartfelt condolences go out to them and I would like for them to know how much of a positive impact Jonathan had at Stripe and how deeply he will be missed.
