It was with great sadness that we learnt that our colleague, John Woodthorpe, died suddenly from a heart attack while at home on Sunday 29th August.
John was an integral part of the Criminal Finances Team - and was respected and admired by all who worked with him in over 20 years in the Civil Service. John was a man of great integrity and humour, with an encyclopaedic knowledge of the workings of Government - upon which many across the Civil Service came to rely. We will miss him dearly, and remember him with great fondness.
