I often reflect on how his leadership allowed me to develop and grow. He always gave people the space to focus on bieng the best versions of themselves. This really showed in the teams he built and culture he instilled wherever he went.
I will always remember John as an inspiring, warm, caring and charasmatic leader and family man who even in the toughest of circumstances found something to smile about, never taking anything to seriously!
Gone but never forgotten. My thoughts and prayers are with John's family Lisa, Daisy and Finn at this very sad time. x
