I met Janis when I started working at UHS. She was a kind and caring person, toward her colleagues and patients. After the pandemic changed the way clinic functioned, and Managed Care transitioned to remote work, I didn't get to see Janis in the hallways or her office anymore. However, she was still present electronically and continued to help patients navigate the complex world of health care. I am grateful to her for her kindness, hard work, and expertise.
