My deepest condolences to Jacques family and friends. Jacques was a great friend and colleague. Before UNICEF, we worked together at the African Union Commission in Addis Ababa where we worked very well together. It was great to meet again in UNICEF, we exchanged a few emails and spoke on teams. He will be missed. Au revoir mon amis :-(
