Prianga and I were saddened to hear of Inez’s passing. It came as a shock because Inez and I had spoken just a few days before….She chatted as usual telling me as always that she missed Robert after 65 years of marriage. She also said that she had been in the garden and her custard apples were doing well. Inez and Robert were the perfect couple- friendly generous, knowledgeable, and so welcoming- always. Inez made Neela’s wedding cake and the guests in Berlin so enjoyed it. We will miss the many Trinity College functions that they hosted at their home- Inez cooking up a storm to feed us all. We know she is in a good place and will remember them both with happiness.
