It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we mourn the passing of our dear colleague and friend, Ellen. For almost 15 years, Ellen was an integral part of our company—a true professional whose dedication, warmth, and unwavering work ethic left a lasting mark on all of us. She was more than just a colleague; she was a mentor, a friend, and a source of constant support and positivity. Whether through a helping hand, a thoughtful conversation, or the pride she took in her work, her presence uplifted those around her. We are grateful for the many years we shared with Ellen, and her memory will continue to inspire us. Our deepest condolences go out to her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Ellen, you will be greatly missed but never forgotten.

I remember when I started at InnoVent as an intern I have done a mistake that I just didn't know how to fix as the system didn't allow me to reverse it. We called Ellen in a team's call, and she was so calm and made me realize mistakes are taken as lessons even though she first started by laughing at the boo boo I made but she resolved it the best way she knew how without any drama or any escalations. I t was such a breeze working with Ellen and the knowledge she had she would share with you and guide you. I'm grateful to have had such good-hearted senior personnel in the finance team she will be dearly missed
