Dear Jacobs family, I am still in shock, lost for words and deeply saddened. Don is a wonderful man, kind and is a fantastic leader. I was lucky to work with Don for many years, just a joy to work with and to be around. I will miss him dearly and wanted to extend my sympathies to you and the family.
