I was very sorry to hear this news. The word 'generous' keeps coming up in tributes and rightly so. He was also so knowledgeable in his field but wore that great understanding lightly even as a passionate advocate of play and its relationship to wellbeing. He was also great company on the couple of occasions I got to work with him, including travelling in Chile a few years ago. The photo here is a great choice! I remember him bringing his own tea bags with him to all locations! He was an expert in play but also playful! Sincere condolences to family, friends and colleagues.
