Charmian was a truly remarkable person who embodied the values which underpin this organisation's work. In 35 years of working within social care and social work, she stands out for me as an inspirational colleague and friend. She always recognised, and continually promoted, the value of positive relationships and of true partnership working, on both a personal level and across organisations.The compassion she showed to myself over the past 2 years is something I shall never forget. My thoughts are with Roy, Arran, Ross, Torran and her wider family and friends.
