We spent so much time traveling and on those trips discussing life, family, work. I learned so much from you about how to care for your customers in a true sense (not in a sales sense). Braking is a tough industry and you were so calm, so understanding, so technical in your response - the ultimate professional. Then you moved to Australia and I moved the the USA but you still made the effort to stay in contact with me, it was always you reaching out - just the guy you were, always putting effort in with your mates. I will miss you my friend. Onida, Caydon and Chaelynne I am so sorry for your loss your are in my prayers and thoughts so much, I don't have words but only to say that we were all better for have had Craig in our lives.
