Dear Daddy...
There are days I feel like this is a dream, or the hospital made a mistake and I’m waiting for you to call my phone, checking up on us (in particular Josiah lol).
As I go through this grieving process day by day, I hold on to the special moments we shared as a family, in particular this picture. You were insistent you were having a photoshoot with your girls, especially as mum had blown up her picture from our girly Pamper day photoshoot. I Thank God!! we fulfilled your request and we got to include the family. The amount of laughter and fun that day was just amazing.
I’ve never felt pain like this, but I find comfort in knowing I told you I love you before you fell asleep. I know you are watching over all of us, I will do my best to continue your great work within youth ministry, I’ll always have Mum and Amelia and I will continue to cook the recipes you’ve taught me over the years.
