Prince Adedamola Falade-Fatila was born in the seventies into the royal family of Oba Oludele Adekunle and Olori Adetokunbo Falade-Fatila, Odufokutuloye 3, The Apetu of Ipetu- Ile, Obokun Local government of Osun State.
Engr. Adedamola Falade-Fatila FNSE, was past chairman of NSE Ibadan Branch, a past EXCO member of NIEEE,Ibadan Chapter and Patron of Nigerian Institution of Power Engineers (NIPE) Ibadan Chapter, to mention a few.
He was also a Honourary Member, Nigerian Army (Tiger) Officers’ Mess; Board member, Rotary Club of Ibadan- Bodija Estate; Board Member, Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International, Bodija Chapter.
He was the Managing Director/ CEO of Amaff Technologies Limited, a Mechanical, Electrical & Civil Engineering Company and an Independent Power Producer (IPP) with offices in Ibadan and Lagos. He was also a Director and Board Member of Wiseone Engineering Limited.
The sad incident happened on his way from the United Kingdom to Nigeria during a stopover in Ethiopia as announced on 5th December 2022.
