Dear Jacobs family, I am so sorry for your loss. Don was a lovely man with compassion for colleagues and passion for his work. We met a few times and we had the same birthday, same nationalities, we had even recently been joking about Easter egg hunts with his kids, it's hard to believe he's no longer with us. I had a lot of respect for this man whose life was cut short in the prime of his life. I shall miss him a lot, and I wish you strength in coping with this loss.
