Dion was a colleague of mine when civil & environmental engineering were in the same department. Dion always pushed for excellence in anything that he started. His passion and energy were contagious. Even though I’m not an environmental engineer, I was always inspired by his ideas. He was a good friend with whom I share many memories. I miss him.
