Denise Van Dyke - our friend and coworker at the Mid-Willamette Valley Council of Governments for 26 years - passed away Monday afternoon in a tragic accident. Denise was a wonderful person, very kind and good hearted, had a infectious laugh and great sense of humor and could always be counted on. We are tremendously saddened by her passing. We invite those who knew Denise to share a memory or note of condolence. We will share your messages with Denise's mother.

She was bright, articulate and had a great sense of humor - but the quality that stood out the most to me was her kindness. She will certainly be missed.
