I'll never forget being a newer enrollment coordinator in Novato for training, and meeting Dave in the lunchroom. He was engaging and friendly.
Later during the training he was very inspiring, instilling in me what a privilege it is to help kids learn to love reading.
Over the years I had the chance to speak with him several times while working on flyers and concerns and was always impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness.
I want to express my sympathy to all his coworkers at I.R.D. and to Dave's family.
