I was really shocked to learn of the news, my thoughts are with his family at this sad time. Dave was one of the most caring people I have ever met. Over the years he would always keep me up-to-date with colleagues that have left the FCA that he kept in close contact with, and for that I was always truly grateful. I shall miss him very much.
