I am so sorry to hear of Dave's passing. We met as founder members of the Environment Agency when we were all thrown together in Kidderminster. He quickly established himself as a professional and pragmatic team member who was liked and respected by everyone. He cared for others and was always there with good advice and a dry humour. Nothing was too much trouble for Dave. I have great memories of a good man. Rest in Peace Dave.
