I was so sad to hear of Norman's passing. I was at Epsom from 96-01, and as one of the first intake of girls in the early years, I remember looking up to him with awe, respect and admiration. His wife who was also a teacher at the school travelled with me on the school adventure to Bolivia, and I know his daughter who was in the year below me well. Norman was a presence at the school - and everyone of my peers, myself included respected him deeply. As I got to the 6th form, I remember having short but positive interactions with Norman during my time at the school each term. I send my through and love to his family - he will be missed.
