We didn't work together often, but when I did get the opportunity to work with Claire, it was clear I was working alongside someone who took great pride in her work. Claire was tied to so many of the positive aspects of life at HM, it's hard to imagine her not being there.
Claire had a knack of motivating everyone around her just by being in the room. She was the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth. She was a real role model.
She always had time for a catch up in the kitchen or for follow up questions on a tender - anything really - regardless of how busy she was. She took time for people and helped however she could.
I'll miss hearing Claire's laugh all the way from the other side of the office. She'll never be forgotten. Kx
