I am always struck by someone who remembers my name, even when they don't really need to. Chris always remembered my name, asked me how I was doing and had a joke to cheer me up. I had a tough time at EEF/MakeUK and without real people like Chris, I don't know what I would have done. I know his family are hurting now.
