Although I have only know Charmian for a short period of time she has left a lasting impression. Charmian welcomed myself and my team so warmly and worked so hard to embed us firmly into the organisation, she was kind, supportive and a great comfort to us all. I will miss our long, long, long chats you could talk for Scotland!
