The world has lost an amazingly lovely, caring person. I had the privilege of being a colleague of Charmian”s for over 25 years and she is the reason I joined the B of Ch Board of Trustees. Charmian was a truly professional manager and was an inspiration to the many people she met and supported in her work. More than that, she was a person who cared deeply for others. I will always remember her lovely welcoming smile and how she put people at their ease. My heart, and sincere condolences go out to all her family.

Brothers of Charity Services (Scotland) It was with profound sadness that we learned that our Director of Care and Support and Chief Executive, Charmain Ledsham passed away suddenly on 21 January 2021. Charmian was a key pillar of our organisation and it was a privilege for us all to know and work with her. Charmian was an inspiration to so many of us - she led with dignity, respect, passion and professionalism and above all was true to the mission and values of this organisation.
