Charmian Ledsham

September 2, 1959 - January 21, 2021

Brothers of Charity Services (Scotland) It was with profound sadness that we learned that our Director of Care and Support and Chief Executive, Charmain Ledsham passed away suddenly on 21 January 2021. Charmian was a key pillar of our organisation and it was a privilege for us all to know and work with her. Charmian was an inspiration to so many of us - she led with dignity, respect, passion and professionalism and above all was true to the mission and values of this organisation.

what a woman, we shared so many laughs together, forever her values shone through. leadership was beyond words and I cannot thank her enough for seeing me for me!! I have so many memory's and most of which all include laughter. very few could accept my cheek and mischievous nature yet she did. I am grateful for her guidance, absolute passion and supported over the years with boc. we often spoke about family and her pride was out for all to see when she spoke of her own family. I will forever be thankful for our time and the lessons she taught me.
