Cathy was warm, kind and friendly and a joy to have around you in the Repayment Recoveries Department. She was also an extremely hard-working, knowledgeable colleague who could and would assist you in any aspect of repayment recoveries. No problem was too big for her.
She was always there for you whether you needed advice about work, about any issues you had or if you just wanted a friendly chat.
She loved to talk about her son, Liam whom she just adored. I really wish her family my sincere condolences and to tell them that I thought their wife/mother was a fabulous person.
She will be missed by me and her many, many friends and colleagues in the Repayment Recoveries Department.
