Site audit in Lviv (Dec.2019), we had so much fun watching the secure building where we should be working at. There was a Christmas market, we visit all stands searching for an ornamental fairy for Renee. During the trip, I was introduced to her dog (via photos), which according to her, was the size of a keyholder. It was a great trip, I learn a lot and really joined it, even though it was part of my training when moving from CRA to quality

Cathy was one of a kind, and always a lot of fun to be around. I admired her strength, straightforwardness and her love for her family and Parx! She was one tough cookie with a great sense of humor, and I respected her immensely as a person and a colleague. Just thought I would share a snippet of one of the funny conversations we had during the workday. While she was committed to her job and often worked ridiculous hours to ensure the success of her department, she always took the time to have some fun!

Grandparenting 101 - two of Cathy's loves in one picture - she regularly sent me pictures of her cradling them both (one on each arm) so that neither got jealous of the other.

Cathy always made time for 'team building' on work trips - this time not with a jack & coke but instead at a petting zoo hidden away in a back street in Japan. My favourite was the sugar gliders but Cathy was quite fond of the hedgehogs!

Dear Kristy, Peter, Renee, we never met but Cathy spoke about you most frequently. She was so happy and proud to share with us the first Lucas’s picture!!! I had the chance to work closely with Cathy, travelling in Warsaw, Paris and San Francisco. I learned so much in those audits, thanks to her approach of the issues we had. I remind this period as very intensive days, we worked a lot and under the pressure of timelines and customers, but Cathy was always really attentive to compensate with relaxing moments, so we started the routine to visit each of the Hard Rock Cafés and collect labelled glasses! During my first time in San Francisco, she drove the car to show me the main attractive points and she laughed of my childish joy to recognize all the stuff I knew by the movies... I was so excited to cross the Golden Gate bridge!!! I would like to keep in my mind the memory of when she insisted to show me “the best place to taste a crab sandwich in SF” and so I had the chance to taste the better one I did never eat (Rockaway Beach)!!! Believe me, I think most people in Premier Research feel as me a strong sadness. My sincere condolences to you, Kristy, Peter, Renee and all of Cathy’s family , you lost a very unique person, I’m thinking of you in this difficult time.
