I and all my colleagues at Healthwatch would like to extend our sincerest condolences to Carol's family. Such sad news and a huge loss. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Carol on the Safeguarding Adults Board, her knowledge, insight and passion for people was amazing. Carol made a real difference to people's lives. I hope that the huge esteem felt for Carol will go a little way to comforting her family. All of our thoughts are with you.
