Bishop Christopher D Bartlett

May 24, 1963 - April 7, 2020

Christopher Dacosta Bartlett a husband of 30 years to Vivien Bartlett went home to glory in the early morning on the 7th April 2020. His early and sudden departure has torn at the heart strings of us all. He leaves behind his loving wife, his two beautiful daughters, his caring son-in-law, his gorgeous grandson, his praying mother, his loyal brother, his three kind sisters and his father. This has left a big hole in our family and in the hearts of all those who knew him, as he was not only a devoted and loving husband, a caring son, a brother, a father and a proud grandfather but he was a caring Father in the Gospel, a Bishop, the Senior pastor at Burning Bush Apostolic Christian Ministries, a qualified Counsellor and a friend to many. Although we mourn his legacy still lives on and we will continue to build on his great works.

MY GREAT FRIEND, BROTHER AND BISHOP 1. Chris you were here with us for a season and time, Enriching our lives with your trade mark smile so sublime, Larger than life you were, a true friend and brother, Filling our hearts and lives with joy and rapturous laughter. 2. You went through life challenges with an assurance, Knowing whose you were and whom you serve with endurance. Your day with friends and family was always memorable, Your willingness to help others was quite visible and commendable. 3. Over the years we may not have seen each other often But you were never far from our thoughts, this our pain soften, You were a dear and precious close friend and brother You were special and unique and were a blessing to many others. 4. And now the curtain of life has been drawn over your life, It is great that we will treasure fond memories of your sacrifice. Though our heart is numb by the loss of you our dear brother and friend Our hears are filled with precious memories and that will never end. 5. So as families and friends prepare to say a fond farewell, We will never, ever forget your time when with us you dwell, We will keep our spirit high and settle on the fact Bishop you were our brother, A champion in your own way, full of life one in a million like no other. Rest In Peace Bishop C D Bartlett
