East-end boy, Bill meets and marries North London girl, Kathy in 1968. Theirs truly was a love story... one filled with love, laughter and family. Bill and Kathy were united in their love for Jehovah God, their faith brought them much joy and fulfilment. They built a wonderful life together and over 51 years of marriage, they could never bear to be apart, so maybe it is fitting that they fell asleep so closely together. Bill leaves behind his sister Barbara. Kathy was part of a large family and leaves behind brothers Sonny, Peter and Tony & sisters Shirley and Carole. They were so proud of each of their 5 children - Sam, Mike, Steve, Jo and Kate. They were delighted to welcome 15 grandchildren into their family. Bill and Kathy will be so greatly missed by their loving family and many friends - always remembered in their hearts until the day when they can be reunited.

To all the family. Bill and Kathy were a very special and much loved couple. We first met them at the Sign Language class in Chelmsford, very vibrant and a lot of fun during lessons. They worked so hard at learning the language and soon became the mum and dad to the class. The sign language group at Brentwood adored them and they were so generous to each and every one of us. They gave a piece of themselves to all and that will always be greatly treasured. We have many many fond memories with them and greatly appreciate all they did for us personally.
