As you may know, I had personally interviewed Arjun recently for a Mechanical/Electrical Apprentice role at our Company, which we had verbally offered to him and he had accepted and so we were all looking forward to him joining us this week for what we believed would be a bright future. Arjun had impressed me greatly at interview and you should be proud of him as I found him to be a very capable, confident and pleasant young man for whom I had such high hopes and so will be greatly missed by us at the Company given what we felt he would have achieved. Consequently, my fellow Directors, together with all Managers and employees would like to join me in expressing our sincerest condolences to you and your family at this sad time.
